At Holistic Life Center, we celebrate healing, wellness, and special occasions, sponsoring bi-annual healing festivals at our campus in Riverbank, California, offering an opportunity for guests to experience the relaxing massage and bodywork modalities provided by our students, graduates and staff.
Our center is also the perfect venue for your small intimate wedding, seating up to sixty guests.
We also offer annual summer 10-day retreats in the nearby magnificent Sierra mountains on lake Pinecrest. During our summer retreat, students may learn all 5 levels of Reiki Master Teacher training, as well as a 5- day intensive workshop on Holistic Health Adviser classes.
Our upcoming event in 2027 will be the first of its kind - a fifteen-day ocean cruise to Hawaii.
💜💙 Experience a life-changing adventure on our Reiki/HHA cruise to Hawaii! Join our 2027 15-Day Hawaiian cruise and enroll in our "Reiki Master Teacher" and "Holistic Health Advisor" Certification Training, delivered onboard during our sea days.
All five levels of Sacred Breath/Violet Flame Reiki of the Usui lineage will be taught during the voyage to the islands. The Holistic Health Advisor program will be taught during the return voyage and includes five classes:
1) Flower Essences/Vibrational Medicine
2) Ayurvedic Medicine/Balancing BodyType (Doshas)
3) Aromatouch Application/Essential Oil Assessment
4) EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
5) Basic Nutri-Escience, an introduction to the science of essential nutrition.
During our graduation ceremony on our last day at sea, you will receive certification in both of these programs. You then are eligible to teach Reiki on any level, and also to offer wellness consultations to your clients based on your HHA assessments.
Explore Hawaii's stunning islands at each of our four full-day stops. A fifth full-day stop will be at Ensenada during our return voyage.

This journey combines your Hawaiian island tour, your ocean cruise, and holistic certification training. Register by June 15th, 2026, to receive a 50% discount towards tuition for the on-board Reiki and Holistic Health Advisor classes. Tuition and cruise fees may be paid in low monthly installments.

Since its inception in 1998, the Holistic Life Institute has celebrated over 50 certification ceremonies for graduates of our Holistic Health Practitioner, Holistic Health Consultant, Acupressure/Reflexology, and Massage Therapy programs.
Our career training incorporates "Nutri-Escience, the Science of Essential Nutrition", a proprietary protocol designed to determine body chemistry imbalances based on symptomology and provide personalized holistic nutrition and dietary support for optimal wellness.
